摘  要:以非对称的双空腔型材为研究对象,采用Altair HyperXtrude软件,假定模具是刚性的而对挤压进行模拟,在不同的挤压速度和铝棒温度条件下,验证了3种不同模具中的金属流动特性。所用的挤压铝棒为6063合金。采用了分割法来进行流态分析、腐蚀剖面,并重建完整的流态。通过这个方法研究了焊合的演变及其特征,以及连续挤压过程的横向焊缝的流态。将所得结果与实际实验结果进行了对比,证明了实验所用的分析方法可准确并有效地对金属流动进行分析。In this paper, the asymmetric double cavity profile was taken as the research object. With the commercial software Altair Hyperxtride, the extrusion was simulated assuming that the die was rigid. The metal flow characteristics of three different dies were verified under different extrusion speeds and aluminum bar temperatures. The extruded aluminum rods used was 6063 alloy. The segmentation method is used to analyze the flow pattern, through corrosion profile and reconstruct the complete flow pattern. By this method, the evolution and characteristics of welding and the flow pattern of transverse weld during continuous extrusion were also studied. The results show that the analysis method used in the experiment can analyze the metal flow accurately and effectively.
