摘  要:针对核电站地震停堆系统单轴地震报警的设定阈值偏保守的问题,提出了一种基于矢量和阈值报警的地震自动停堆系统。通过水平矢量和阈值报警,消除单轴报警判别误差。采用纯硬件结构实现地震加速度信号的采集、滤波、绝对值转换,通过模拟乘法器进行矢量和计算。对电路细节进行了分析,给出了电路元器件参数选择和信号转换的传递函数。系统经过性能测试和核安全级设备取证试验验证,达到了核级设备性能指标。In order to solve the problem of the set threshold value of single axis earthquake alarm in nuclear power plant earthquake shutdown system being conservative,an automatic shutdown system based on vector sum threshold alarm is proposed,which can eliminate the discrimination error of single axis alarm through horizontal vector sum threshold alarm.Signal acquisition,filtering,absolute value conversion of earthquake acceleration are realized by pure hardware structure,and the vector sum is calculated by analog multiplier.The circuit details are analyzed,and the circuit components parameters and the signal conversion transfer function are given.The system has been verified by the performance test and the certification test process of nuclear safety level equipment,and achieves the performance of nuclear level equipment.
