摘　　要：针对整流器高速信号发生反射、串扰影响整体电气系统正常运行的问题,提出了基于蚁狮算法的整流器高速信号完整性检测方法。利用蚁狮算法计算整流器内的电阻值以获取特征阻抗;获得整流器信号的有效长度,确定传输线上高速信号;采用传输线阻抗和互连线传输阻抗形成分压,互连线上入射波为驱动器入射电压;采集负载端发生阻抗突变的反射电压,二者比值即为高速信号的反射故障;通过蚁狮算法分析相邻传输线接近时磁场边缘与信号电场的相互影响,当传输线间产生的能量耦合确定为串扰时,凭借迫零矩阵实现线性加权,获得加权接收信号向量的所有分量,通过最小二乘法准则实现信号完整性检测。通过实验验证整流器高速信号完整性检测方法的有效性。结果表明,所提方法能够及时检测出整流器高速信号波动,实时性强,完整度高。The reflection and crosstalk of rectifier high-speed signal affect the normal operation of the whole electrical system.An integrity detection method of high-speed signal based on ant lion algorithm is proposed.Ant lion algorithm is used to calculate the resistance in the rectifier to obtain the characteristic impedance.The effective length of the rectifier signal is obtained to determine the high-speed signal on the transmission line.The impedance of the transmission line and the transmission impedance of the interconnection line are used to form a voltage divider,and the incident wave on the interconnection line is the incident voltage of the driver.The reflection voltage of the load end having impedance mutation is measuved.The ratio of the two is the reflection fault of high-speed signal.The ant lion algorithm is used to analyze the interaction between the magnetic field edge and the signal electric field when the adjacent transmission lines are close.When the energy coupling between the transmission lines is determined as crosstalk,the zero forcing matrix is used to realize linear weighting,and all components of the weighted received signal vector are obtained.The signal integrity detection is realized by the least square criterion.The validity of the integrity detection method of high-speed signal is verified by experiments.The results show that the proposed method can detect the high-speed signal fluctuation of rectifier in time with strong real-time performance and high integrity.
