摘  要:风沙对于风力发电机叶片的冲蚀作用亟待研究,但由于模拟风沙环境受限而使研究受限。为此,设计了一套模拟挟沙风冲蚀实验装置的控制系统,该系统以PLC为核心控制器,结合多步进电机控制和人机界面设计开发,实现了3台步进电机的正反转控制以及转速调节控制。该装置中,步进电机带动螺旋推进器转动,实现沙子的输送。实验证明,在不同的转速下,该控制系统能够将沙箱内的沙粒按照设定速度,均匀输送至冲蚀装置的混合加速管中,实现了挟沙风含沙量的控制。The erosion effect of sand-driving wind on wind turbine blades needs to be studied urgently,but the research is limited due to the limitation of wind and sand environment simulation.For this reason,a control system of the erosion experiment device which simulates the erosion of sand-driving wind is designed with the core controller of PLC.The control program of multiple step motors and human-machine interface are developed,and the positive and negative rotation and speed regulation control of three step motors are realized.In this device,sand is transported through the rotating screw propeller which is driven by the stepper motor.Experiments show that under different rotational speeds,the control system can uniformly transport the sand to the mixed acceleration pipe of the erosion device according to the set speed,and realize the control of sand content of the sand-driving wind.
