摘　　要：目的 在信息化作战背景下,解决机动卫勤分队实战化训练条件建设中存在的一系列问题。方法 通过查阅文献资料并结合自身情况,总结梳理机动卫勤分队实战化训练条件建设中存在的问题,并提出解决对策。结果 目前机动卫勤分队实战化训练条件建设的问题主要是卫生装备老旧、车辆保障力量不足、缺乏模拟训练条件、实弹实爆训练保障条件匮乏、综合训练场地保障条件有限。通过改善卫生装备质量、完善车辆保障力量建设、完善模拟训练条件、完善实弹实爆训练保障、完善综合训练场地保障来缓解机动卫勤分队实战化训练条件建设的问题。结论 建议在卫生装备、车辆保障、模拟训练条件、实弹实爆训练保障条件、综合训练场地保障条件等方面进行改进和提升。Objective To solve a series of problems existing in the construction of actual combat training condition for mobile medical service units under the background of informationalized fight. Methods The problems existing in the construction of the actual combat training condition of the mobile medical service unit were summarized by consulting the literature and combining with the real war situation, and the countermeasures were put forward. Results At present, the main problems in the construction of mobile medical service teams′ actual combat training condition were old medical equipment, insufficient vehicle support force, lack of simulated training condition, lack of support conditions for live ammunition and explosive training and limited support condition for comprehensive training sites. The problems of actual combat training condition of mobile medical service teams could be alleviated by improving the quality of medical equipment, improving the construction of vehicle support force, improving the simulation training condition, improving the training support of live ammunition and explosion and improving the comprehensive training site. Conclusion It is suggested to improve and upgrade the medical equipment, vehicle support, simulated training condition, live ammunition and live explosion training support condition, comprehensive training site support condition and etc.
