摘　　要：随着国家对环保越来越重视,要求也越来越高,企业的环保要求也随之不断提高。但职工现有的环保知识结构严重制约着企业的环保发展。因此,加强职工的环保培训十分有必要,从提高职工的思想意识入手,建立健全环保责任制和建立应急救援机制,以全面提高职工的环保能力。With the country paying more and more attention to environmental protection,the environmental protection requirements of enterprises are also increasing.However,the existing knowledge structure of environmental protection seriously restricts the development of environmental protection in enterprises.Therefore,it is very necessary to strengthen the environmental protection training of the staff and workers,starting with improving the ideological consciousness of the staff and workers,establishing and perfecting the environmental protection responsibility system and establishing the emergency rescue mechanism,in order to improve the environmental protection ability of the staff and workers in an all-round way.
