摘 要:介绍一种前端开放式超声换能器的封装舱结构。该结构可包裹换能器,实现换能器在水中的完全水密,使其可在水中长时间工作。同时,在该开放式结构中,换能器辐射面直接与流体接触,避免了能量在超声波振板与耦合剂中的损耗,能够提高能量利用率;较小的发射角度,使得声场能量更为集中,提高了超声作用下流体中远端的声场强度。本文通过实验对声场进行测绘,将前端开放式封装结构与传统整体封装结构中换能器激发的声场进行对比研究,定性分析声场特征,验证了上述结论。This paper introduces a sealed cabin structure of front-end open ultrasonic transducer, which can wrap the transducer and realize complete watertightness in water, so that it can work in water for a long time. At the same time, in the open structure, the radiation surface of the transducer is in direct contact with the fluid, which avoids the loss of energy in the ultrasonic vibrating plate and coupling agent, and improves the energy utilization rate. The smaller emission angle makes the sound field energy more concentrated,and improves the sound field intensity at the middle and far ends of the fluid under the action of ultrasound. Through experiments,this paper maps the sound field, compares the sound field excited by the transducer in the front-end open packaging structure and the traditional overall packaging structure, qualitatively analyzes the characteristics of the sound field, and verifies the above conclusions.
