摘　　要：为了进一步支撑机动通信装备研制和系统体系性验证工作,提出一种能够满足装备体制研究与论证的试验床环境建设构想,并基于机动通信系统试验床环境设计一种测试运维系统原型系统,介绍原型系统的分层架构及功能模块,阐述测试业务实施流程和综合评估的流程,从而有效指导系统设计与实现工作。In order to future support the mobile communication network equipment development and the systematic verification, a conception of testbed environment construction is proposed for research and demonstration of equipment system. At the same time, a test operation and maintenance prototype system based on mobile communication testbed environment is designed. This paper mainly introduces the layered framework and functional modules of the operation and maintenance prototype system, and deeply expounds the test business implementation process and comprehensive evaluation process, so as to effectively guide the system design and implementation.
