天然气凝析油脱汞剂制备及脱汞性能评价

摘  要:采用等体积吸附法开发出适用于高含汞凝析油的LH系列负载金属卤化物脱汞剂,基于固定床吸附系统原理建立脱汞剂性能评价装置,同时结合扫描电镜、比表面积分析仪和ICP-AES分析仪等多种手段对LH系列负载型脱汞剂进行表征测试。研究结果表明:活性物质碘化钾的质量分数为65%,载体活性炭质量分数为35%,铜基化合物辅助活性成分质量分数为0.5%时,负载型金属卤化物对单质汞、有机汞以及离子汞具有良好的吸附性能,脱汞效率在90%左右。以高含汞凝析油为对象,考察了进料口汞质量浓度、接触时间对脱汞剂脱汞效果的影响,当处理汞质量浓度为1326μg/L时,接触时间大于24 min时,脱汞深度可达50μg/L,已到凝析油脱汞要求。The LH series supported metal halides demercuration agents suitable for high mercury content condensate are developed by the equal volume adsorption method.The performance evaluation device of the demercuration agents are established based on the principle of fixed bed adsorption system.At the same time,the LH series supported demercuration agents are characterized and tested by means of scanning electron microscope,specific surface area analyzer and ICP-AES analyzer.The results show that when the mass fraction of the active material potassium iodide is 65%,the mass fraction of the carrier activated carbon is 35%,and the mass fraction of the auxiliary active component of the copper based compound is 0.5%,the supported metal halides have good adsorption performance for elemental mercury,organic mercury and ionic mercury,and the mercury removal efficiency is about 90%.The effects of mercury mass concentration at the inlet and contact time on the demercuration effect of the demercuration agents are investigated with high mercury content condensate as the object.When the contact time is more than 24 min,the demercuration depth can reach 50μg/L,which can meet the requirements for mercury removal of condensate.
