摘  要:开发了一种新型的阻垢剂组合,并对新型阻垢剂组合在静态和动态条件下防止碳酸钙结垢的性能进行了评价。通过对3种不同类型的延长油田岩心(碳酸盐、石英砂和二氧化硅)进行试验,考察了阻垢剂组合的吸附/解吸性能。在恒定注入速率下测量了阻垢剂组合在岩心试样上的比吸附量,在不同的注入速率下研究了阻垢剂组合的吸附特性。此外,还研究了阻垢剂组合在碳酸盐岩层中解吸过程的持续时间与盐酸浓度的关系。该阻垢剂组合在静态阻垢试验、动态堵管试验和吸附/脱附过程中均具有较好的阻垢效果。A new scale inhibitor is developed,and its performance of preventing calcium carbonate scaling under static and dynamic conditions is evaluated.The adsorption/desorption property of scale inhibitor is investigated by testing three different types of cores(carbonate,quartz sand and silica)in Yanchang Oilfield.The specific adsorption capacity of the scale inhibitor on the core sample is measured at a constant injection rate,and the adsorption characteristics of the scale inhibitor combination are studied at different injection rates.In addition,the relationship between the duration of the desorption process of the scale inhibitor in the carbonate rock and the concentration of hydrochloric acid is also studied.The scale inhibitor has good scale inhibition effect in static scale inhibition test,dynamic pipe plugging test and adsorption/desorption process.
