摘 要:考察了清洁压裂液的流变特性,确定了主剂和主剂质量分数,评价了不同无机和有机胶束促进剂对主剂的影响,确定了添加剂类型和添加剂质量分数,形成清洁压裂液配方。利用黏度计和流变仪对清洁压裂液的流体类型进行了探讨,考察了温度、无机盐、有机质、pH值等因素对压裂液性能的影响。试验结果表明:温度、无机盐和有机物对体系影响较大,pH值影响不大。低温透射电子显微镜(Cryo-TEM)表征结果表明该清洁压裂液体系由大量缠绕的蠕虫状结构组成,该结果与流变学结果一致。The rheological properties of the clean fracturing fluid are investigated,the main agent and the mass fraction of the main agent are determined,the influence of different inorganic and organic micelle promoters on the main agent is evaluated,the type and mass fraction of additives are determined,and the formulation of the clean fracturing fluid is formed.The fluid type of clean fracturing fluid is discussed by using viscometer and rheometer,and the effect of temperature,inorganic salt,organic matter,pH value and other factors on the performance of fracturing fluid is investigated.The experimental results show that temperature,inorganic salt and organic matter have great influence on the system,but pH value has little influence.The characterization results of cryogenic transmission electron microscope(Cryo-TEM)show that the clean fracturing fluid system is composed of a large number of entangled worm-like structures,which is consistent with the rheological results.
