摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成前驱体,将其负载于活性炭载体上经焙烧形成三维粒子电极催化剂,SEM、TEM、XRD等表征结果显示前驱体焙烧后形成粒度均一的Li_(2)Zr(PO_(4))_(2)-ZrP_(2)O_(7)-Cu_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)复合材料均匀分布在活性炭载体上。以苯胺为模拟废水进行三维电催化氧化降解试验,考察停留时间、pH值、气流量、电流密度对苯胺降解效率的影响。优化条件下连续试验25 d,三维粒子电极对苯胺模拟废水的COD去除率高于63%,三维粒子电极经洗涤再生后COD去除率基本恢复,试验结果表明:制备的三维粒子电极在苯胺模拟废水处理中表现出较好的催化活性、反应稳定性、再生性能及应用前景。The precursor is synthesized by sol-gel method,which is loaded on the active carbon carrier and calcined to form a three-dimensional particle electrode catalyst,the results of SEM,TEM and XRD show that the Li_(2)Zr(PO_(4))_(2)-ZrP_(2)O_(7)-Cu_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)is uniformly distributed on the activated carbon carrier.The effects of residence time,pH value,gas flow rate and current density on the degradation efficiency of aniline are investigated.Under the optimum conditions,the removal rate of COD in aniline wastewater is evaluated continuously for 25 d,which is higher than 63%,and the removal rate of COD is basically recovered after the three-dimensional particle electrode is regenerated by washing.The results show that the three-dimensional particle electrode has good catalytic activity,reaction stability and regeneration performance in the treatment of aniline simulated wastewater.
