摘 要:传统永磁同步电机凸极信号测量方法存在测试成本高、大功率场合不适用等不足,为此提出一种基于高频脉振电压注入法的永磁同步电机凸极信号测量方法。通过设置双同步参考坐标系使电动机矢量控制与高频电压注入法相互解耦,实现了在电动机旋转过程中完成凸极信号测量,不仅节省了使用配测设备的成本,而且适用于不同功率等级驱动系统,有效地提高了工程普适性。仿真和实验结果表明,所提方法可准确测量被测永磁同步电机的主凸极强度、次凸极分布规律以及不同负载工况下永磁同步电机的交叉饱和角,为高频电压注入法的实施、多凸极效应的抑制以及交叉饱和角补偿提供有效信息。The traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) salient pole signal measurement method has disadvantages such as high test cost and inapplicability in high-power applications. Therefore, a method for measuring salient pole signal of PMSM based on high frequency(HF) pulse voltage injection method was proposed. The proposed method decoupled the vector control of the motor and the HF voltage injection method by setting a double synchronous reference coordinate system, and the strategy of completing the saliency signal during the motor rotation process was realized. Not only does the accompanying test equipment realize zero test cost, but the proposed method is suitable for drive systems of different power levels, and the engineering universality is effectively improved. The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately measure the strength of the main salient pole, the distribution law of the secondary salient pole and the cross saturation angle of the PMSM under different load conditions. Implementation, suppression of multi-saliency effects, and cross-saturation angle compensation provide useful information.
