摘  要:针对目前尚无解析方法对分裂变压器穿越阻抗进行准确计算,提出一种基于改进漏磁能量系数的解析算法。首先,对复杂绕组结构构建分裂变压器磁动势方程,推算内层绕组、主空道和外层绕组区域的漏磁密度幅值大小及分布,进而确立以上3个区域的磁场能量方程,提出漏磁能量修正系数并构建其计算公式,将其引入漏磁能量计算方程,最终确立分裂变压器穿越阻抗计算公式。对型号为SGB10-800 kVA/6 kV十分裂变压器和SFSZ9-40000 kVA/110 kV双分裂变压器的短路阻抗进行计算,将解析计算结果、有限元仿真分析结果和实验值进行了对比与分析,该方法的计算误差在5%以内,克服了传统解析方法计算不准确的问题,满足工程设计要求,可缩短变压器设计周期。At present, aiming at the problem that there is no analytical method to accurately calculate the crossing impedance of splitting transformer, an analytical algorithm based on improved magnetic flux leakage energy coefficient was proposed. Firstly, according to the complex winding structure, the magnetomotive force equation of splitting transformer was constructed to calculate the magnitude and distribution of magnetomotive force amplitude in inner winding, main air channel and outer winding region. Then, the magnetic field energy equation of the above three regions was established, and the correction coefficient of magnetic flux leakage energy was proposed and its calculation formula was constructed, which was introduced into the magnetic flux leakage energy calculation equation. Finally, the calculation formula of crossing impedance of splitting transformer was established. The short-circuit impedance of SGB10-800 kVA/6 kV ten-split transformer and SFSZ9-40000 kVA/110 kV double-splitting transformer were calculated. The analytical calculation results are verified by finite element simulation analysis results and experimental values, and the calculation error is less than 5%. Inaccuracy of the traditional analytical method is overcome to meet the requirements of engineering design, and shorten the design cycle of transformer.
