摘 要:细毛羊脱毛症能使绵羊毛产量减少,质量下降。为寻找脱毛症的遗传致病原因,减少养羊业的经济损失,本研究选用中国美利奴羊作为研究对象,分别选择病例组和健康组,采集耳组织、提取DNA、制备基因组芯片,通过PLINK软件进行质量控制,针对OAR2(Ovis aries 2绵羊2号染色体)进行基因组选择信号分析,解析细毛羊脱毛症和基因之间的关系,从分子标记的水平解析细毛羊脱毛症的原因。结果共获得52个相关的分子标记,候选基因7个:ADAM29、CTLA4、LPL、RPL21、NR4A2、TMEFF1、ICOS。本研究为解决中国美利奴羊脱毛症提供新的思路,也为绵羊脱毛症遗传研究提供分子标记的依据。Alopecia of fine-wool sheep could reduce the output and quality of sheep wool.In order to find out the genetic cause of alopecia and reduce the economic loss of sheep industry,Chinese Merino sheep were selected as the research object,the ear tissues were collected from the case group and the healthy group followed by extracted DNA,and prepared a genome chip.Quality control was conducted by PLINK software,genome selection signal analysis were conducted based on OAR2,the relationship between alopecia and genes in fine-wool sheep and the causes of alopecia from the level of molecular marker were analyzed.The result showed that a total of 52 relevant molecular markers were obtained,including 7 candidate genes:ADAM29、CTLA4、LPL、RPL21、NR4A2、TMEFF1、ICOS.Thus,the new ideas of solving alopecia and the basis of molecular markers of alopecia in Chinese Merino Sheep were provided in this paper.
