摘  要:超交联聚合物是一种发展迅速、应用广泛的纳米多孔材料,为了研究反应组分和制备条件对超交联聚合物孔结构的影响,选择了一系列含苯基(苯、甲苯、氯苯、苯酚等)的化合物为反应单体,二甲醇缩甲醛等为交联剂,1,2-二氯乙烷为反应溶剂,无水三氯化铁为催化剂,合成了一系列的超交联聚合物。讨论了单体、交联剂的种类及用量比例对超交联聚合产物孔结构的影响。结果表明,单体的反应活性、交联剂的种类和官能度、单体与交联剂的使用配比均会对产物的结构产生较大影响。另外,加入少量反应活性较高的单体可以有效改善低反应活性单体制得的产物结构。Hypercrosslinked polymer was a kind of nanopore material with rapid development and wide application.In order to study the effect of reaction components and preparation conditions on the pore structure of hypercrosslinked polymers,a series of monomers containing phenyl(benzene,methylbenzene,chlorobenzene,phenol,etc.)were selected as reaction monomers,dimethoxymethane as crosslinker,1,2-dichloroethane as reaction solvent,and anhydrous ferric chloride as catalyst to synthesize a series of hyper crosslinked polymers.The effects of the types and reaction ratios of monomer and crosslinker on the pore structure of hyper crosslinked polymers were also discussed.The results show that the monomers,the type and functionality of crosslinkers,and the ratios of the monomer and the crosslinker have a great influence on the structure of the hyper crosslinked polymers.In addition,the structure of products prepared from monomers with low reactivity can be effectively improved by adding the monomers with higher reactivity.
