摘 要:采用固相缩聚法提高聚2,5-呋喃二甲酸乙二酯(PEF)的分子量,研究了固相缩聚温度和时间对PEF的分子结构、热性能、热稳定性和力学性能的影响。通过核磁共振氢谱(~1H NMR)和红外光谱(FTIR)确认了聚合物的结构,在220℃固相缩聚制备的PEF特性黏度最高,随着固相缩聚时间的延长,可以有效提高PEF的分子量,但不改变分子结构;热性能和力学性能研究表明,延长固相缩聚时间,PEF的熔点上升,力学性能有效提高,但热稳定性未明显改善。在220℃下固相缩聚15 h的PEF-220-15的熔点、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别提高为239.1℃、75.64 MPa和16.4%。The molecular weight of poly(ethylene 2,5-furan dicarboxylate)(PEF)was increased by solid-state polycondensation.The effects of solid-state polycondensation temperature and time on the molecular structure, thermal properties, thermal stability and mechanical properties of PEF were studied.The structure of PEF was confirmed by magnetic resonance spectroscopy(~1H NMR)and Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR).The intrinsic viscosity of PEF reaches the highest value when the solid-state polycondensation temperature is 220 ℃.The molecular weight of PEF can be increased by solid-state polycondensation, but the molecular structure remains unchanged.The results of thermal and mechanical properties show that the melting temperature and mechanical properties of PEF are increased with the extension of solid-state polycondensation time, but the thermal stability is not significantly improved.The melting temperature, tensile strength and elongation at break of PEF-220-15(solid-state polycondensation at 220 ℃ for 15 h) are increased to 239.1 ℃,75.64 MPa and 16.4%, respectively.
