摘  要:通过实验和模拟结合的方法研究超临界二氧化碳(scCO)聚丙烯(PP)发泡材料的介电和透波性能。结果显示,PP发泡材料有相似孔径时,其介电常数和介电损耗角正切随着材料发泡倍率增大而降低,材料的透波率增大。在GHz频段,PP发泡材料的介电常数可低至1.034(2.4 GHz),介电损耗角正切低至2×10^(-4),材料透波率高达99.2%(10 GHz),比强度最高是未发泡材料的2.3倍。因此,可以认为具有高发泡倍率的PP发泡材料,对GHz信号的传输近乎无损,且在GHz频段范围内其介电和透波性能稳定,有望成为新一代低介电、高透波材料。The dielectric and wave-transmitting properties of supercritical carbon dioxide(scCO)polypropylene(PP)foams were investigated by a combination of experiments and simulations.The results show when PP foams have similar pore sizes,the dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent decrease as the foaming ratio of the material increases,and the wave transmittance of the material increases.In the GHz frequency band,the dielectric constant of the PP foam material can be as low as 1.034(2.4 GHz),the dielectric loss tangent is as low as 2×10^(-4),the material wave transmittance is as high as 99.2%(10 GHz),and the specific strength is the highest which is the unfoamed material 2.3 times.Therefore,it can be considered that the PP foam material with high foaming ratios has almost no damage to the transmission of GHz signals,and its dielectric and wave-transmitting properties are stable in the GHz frequency band.It is expected to become a new generation of low dielectric and high wave transmittance materials.
