古建筑装饰增白阻燃聚烯烃材料的紫外老化性能研究

摘　　要：为了探究紫外光(UV)老化对古建筑装饰用增白阻燃聚烯烃材料性能的影响,主要使用UV对添加抗UV增白剂前后的阻燃聚烯烃材料进行照射,并对UV照射后的聚烯烃材料的拉伸强度、白度以及电学性能进行测试和对比,同时采用扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(FTIR)对材料老化前后的微观形貌和结构变化进行表征和分析。测试结果表明,随着UV老化时间的增加,聚烯烃材料的拉伸断裂强度逐渐下降,而添加抗UV增白剂的材料强度基本保持不变;抗UV增白剂可以有效抑制聚烯烃材料白度的变化;未添加抗紫外增白剂样品的体积电阻率先上升后下降,而添加了抗UV增白剂的聚烯烃材料的体积电阻率基本保持不变,并且介电损耗角正切(tanδ)增幅降低。此外,抗UV增白剂可以有效阻止聚烯烃材料表面裂纹的出现,并抑制分子链的断裂。In order to explore the effect of ultraviolet(UV)aging on the properties of whitening and flame retardant polyolefin materials for ancient architectural decoration,UV was used to irradiate the polyolefin materials before and after adding an anti-UV brightener,and tested and compared the tensile strength,whiteness and electrical properties of the polyolefin materials after UV irradiation.At the same time,the changes of micro morphology and structure before and after aging were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results show that the tensile strength of polyolefin materials decreases gradually with the increase of UV aging time,while the tensile strength of materials with an anti-UV brightener remains basically unchanged.The anti-UV brightener can effectively inhibit the change of whiteness of polyolefin materials.The volume resistance of the samples without anti-UV brightener increases first and then decreases,while the volume resistivity of polyolefin materials with anti-UV brightener remains basically unchanged,and the growth rate of the dielectric loss tangent(tanδ)decreases.Furthermore,the anti-UV brightener can effectively prevent the surface cracks of polyolefin materials and inhibit the fracture of molecular chains.
