摘  要:韧性双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂以其优异的耐高温、抗冲击性能已在航空复合材料领域广泛应用。采用非等温差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了韧性BMI树脂的固化性能;通过有限元分析方法对该树脂体系的碳纤维复合材料进行了数值模拟。根据唯象模型方程拟合得到树脂的固化反应动力学参数,借助升温速率外推法确定了复合材料的固化特征温度参数;基于固化性能数据模拟了BMI树脂碳纤维复合材料V型结构的固化质量。固化模拟显示复合材料结构件的固化度为100%,表明复合材料已完全固化,说明BMI树脂的固化数据能较好反映复合材料的实际固化历程,快速验证了试验数据的有效性,为优化固化工艺参数提供数据参考。Toughness bismaleimide(BMI)resin was widely used in the aerospace composites field owing to its excellent high temperature and impact resistance.The curing properties of tough bismaleimide resins were investigated by an-isothermal scanning calorimetry(DSC),and the carbon fiber composite material was simulated by finite element analysis.The parameters of the curing kinetics for bismaleimide resin were obtained to base on phenomenological model equations by linear fitting,which the curing dynamic model was established.The characteristic temperature of the BMI resin system was determined by temperature-heating speed(T-β)extrapolation.Based on the curing performance data,the curing quality of the carbon fiber composite V-shaped structure was simulated.The simulation results show that the carbon fiber composite has been completely cured and the curing degree is 100%.Curing characterization data of BMI could better describe actual process of composites because its calculated results and experimental data are consistent.The experimental data has been verified effectively which provides data reference for optimizing curing process parameters.
