摘　　要：通过傅里叶红外光谱、核磁共振碳谱和差示扫描量热对日本JPP公司4种茂金属聚丙烯(mPP)微观结构进行分析。结果表明:4种mPP是在丙烯链段中无规插入乙烯共聚单体,降低了聚丙烯链段的规整性,产生立构缺陷,导致形成不同等规序列长度的丙烯链段,在连续自形核退火试验(SSA)最终熔融曲线中,呈现多重熔融峰,形成不同厚度的片晶。乙烯的插入量及其丙烯链段序列分布,对mPP的结晶熔融行为起关键作用。The microstructure of four metallocene polypropylene(mPP)in Japanese JPP company was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry.The results indicate that the ethylene comonomers are randomly inserted into polypropylene segments of four mPP,which reduce the regularity of polypropylene segments and produce stereoscopic defects,resulting in the formation of propylene segments with different isotactic sequence lengths.In the final melting curves of successive self-nucleation and annealing(SSA),multiple melting peaks and different lamellar thickness are formed.The amount of ethylene contents inserting and the sequence distribution of propylene segments play a key role in the crystallization and melting behavior of mPP.
