摘 要:利用高能电子加速器对4种聚乙烯基包装材料进行辐照实验,研究高能电子束辐照对材料结构与性能的影响。结果表明,高能电子束辐照虽然会一定程度上加速材料的老化,但不会改变材料的自身结构;经辐照处理后,4种包装材料的热分解温度与力学性能均随辐照剂量的增加呈先上升再下降的趋势;辐照剂量为10 kGy时纯PE包装袋、PA/PE复合包装性能达到最佳,热分解温度分别提高5.7%、3.5%,拉伸强度提高8%、23.8%;辐照剂量为30 kGy时PET/PE、PET/Al/PE这两类复合包装袋性能最佳,热分解温度提高2.7%、0.9%,拉伸强度提高4.8%、10.2%。研究显示,适当的辐照剂量不仅不会影响包装材料的正常使用,反而可以提高材料的基础性能,这不但有益于食品、药品等的灭菌保藏,也有利于包装材料在辐照灭菌行业的推广应用。Four kinds of polyethylene-based packaging materials were irradiated by a high-energy electron accelerator,and the effect of electron beam irradiation on the structure and properties of the materials was studied.The results show that electron beam irradiation could accelerate the aging of the material to a certain extent,but it could not change the inherent structure of material.The temperature of thermal decomposition(T)and mechanical properties of the four packaging materials after high-energy electron irradiation increase with the increasing irradiation dose.Pure polyethylene(PE)packaging bags and PA/PE composite packaging bags show the best performance at 10 kGy,the Tincreases 5.7%and 3.5%,and the tensile strength increases 8%and 23.8%,respectively.PET/PE and PET/Al/PE type packaging bags have the best performance at 30 kGy,the Tincreases 2.7%and 0.9%,and the tensile strength increases 4.8%and 10.2%,respectively.The studies show that the basic property could be enhanced by irradiation at appropriate dose,which is not only beneficial to the sterilization and preservation of food and medicine,but also to the promotion and application of packaging materials in the irradiation sterilization industry.
