摘  要:随着六溴环十二烷(HBCD)阻燃剂的全面禁用,阻燃型挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(XPS)的应用受到了很大的制约。为推进XPS在外墙保温工程中的合理应用,采用八溴醚(BDDP)、甲基八溴醚和溴化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(溴化SBS)对HBCD进行替代并对XPS复合材料尺寸稳定、保温性能和燃烧性能进行了研究。结果显示,甲基八溴醚和溴化SBS在XPS材料中具有与HBCD相近的导热性能、尺寸稳定性能和燃烧性能,能够实现HBCD在XPS复合材料中的有效替代。With the complete ban of hexabromocyclododecane(HBCD)flame retardant, the application of flame retardant extruded polystyrene foam(XPS)had been greatly restricted.In order to promote the rational application of XPS in external wall thermal insulation engineering, octabromo ether(BDDP),methyl octabromo ether and brominated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(brominated SBS)were used to replace HBCD.And the dimensional stability, thermal insulation performance and combustion performance of XPS composites were investigated.The results show that methyl octabromo ether and brominated SBS have similar thermal conductivity, dimensional stability and combustion properties to HBCD in XPS materials, which can effectively replace HBCD in XPS composites.
