摘 要:压缩比是界定聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)分散树脂原料类别、影响初生纤维制备工艺和性能的主要参数。选取低、中、高三类压缩比树脂,制取PTFE微孔膜,系统考察了原料不同工艺压缩比运行条件对推压成型过程稳定性、所制备纤维力学性能、拉伸所制备膜微孔结构的影响,探究其内在相互关系。结果表明,树脂工艺压缩比与推荐压缩比之间的匹配性是决定推压成型过程稳定性的关键因素。工艺压缩比超出树脂推荐压缩比时无法稳定制备纤维;在推荐压缩比范围内时,工艺压缩比越小,推压成型过程越稳定,纤维外观越平顺光滑,力学性能越优。低压缩比树脂所制备纤维断裂伸长率明显高于中高压缩比树脂,达到700%。热处理对纤维断裂伸长率具有提升作用。中空纤维拉伸制膜表明,低圧缩比树脂所制备的膜微孔结构丰富,气通量达到118 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h·0.01MPa),高压缩比树脂所制备的膜表面光滑,微纤和节点结构规整,气通量小。The reduction ratio(RR)was the main character of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)fine powder,which affected the preparation process and PTFE fiber properties.Three kinds of PTFE resin with low,middle and high RR value were chosen to prepare PTFE hollow fiber membrane.The influence of the different reduction ratios of raw materials on the stability of the extrusion process,the mechanical properties of fiber and the micro porous structure of the membrane prepared by stretching were systematically investigated.The results show that the compatibility between resin RR and the recommendation RR is the key point.The preparation of fiber is not stable when RR is out of recommend value.When it is under the recommend RR value,the processing RR is lower,the push molding process is more stable.The prepared fiber is smoother,and the mechanical properties are better.Furthermore,the elongation at break of lower RR prepared fiber is obviously better than middle and high RR,which could reach 700%.The heat treatment could improve the elongation at break of fiber.The preparation of hollow fiber tensile membrane shows that low RR prepared microporous structure is abundant,and the air flux of membrane could achieve 118 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h·0.01 MPa).On the contrary,high RR resin prepared membrane has smooth surface,the nodes and fibrils are regular,and the air flux is less.
