摘　　要：铁路水害复旧工程通常在运营的铁路线上进行,要求决策早、工期短、见效快因而针对铁路水害复旧工程预算审核阶段存在的征拆补偿、施工便道、材料调运和营业线施工等费用的不确定性进行分析,并开展应对措施研究。Railway flood rehabilitation project is usually carried out on the operating railway line, which requires early decision, short time limit and quick effect.So this paper analyzes the uncertainty of the costs of expropriation and demolition compensation, convenient road construction, material transportation and business line construction in the budget review stage of railway water disaster restoration project, and studies the countermeasures.
