摘  要:吊杆能否正常使用直接影响桥梁的运营安全,通过对某中承式拱桥吊杆的专项检测和可靠性分析,了解大桥吊杆存在的安全隐患,并为大桥吊杆养护管理提供科学依据。经检测发现:多数吊杆存在锚头保护套内积水、油脂老化和锚头锈蚀等病害。吊杆索力分布不均,上下游索力存在不同程度的差异,特别是短吊杆索力值最大差达到267.10 kN。除短吊杆外,其余吊杆索体部分内部钢丝磁通量数据平稳,无钢丝腐蚀或断丝病害。承载力检测表明,正常运营工况下,实测吊杆最大索力应力为333.85 MPa,<661.32 MPa,满足JTG/T J21-2011要求。腐蚀疲劳寿命分析表明,该桥部分吊杆钢丝存在轻微的腐蚀损伤,存在疲劳寿命缩短倾向,影响结构安全运营。考虑结构的安全性及耐久性,建议对原吊杆体系更换为双吊杆体系,以增强在单根吊杆失效情况下的结构安全性。Whether the derrick can be used normally directly affects the operation safety of the bridge.Through the special inspection and reliability analysis of the derrick of a mid-bearing arch bridge, the hidden safety risks of the derrick of the bridge are understood, and the scientific basis for the maintenance and management of the derrick of the bridge is provided.It is found that there are water in the protective sleeve of anchor head, oil aging and anchor head rust in most derrick.The cable force distribution of the derrick is uneven, and there are different degrees of differences between the upstream and downstream cable forces, especially the maximum difference of the cable force value of the short derrick is 267.10 kN.Except for the short derrick, the magnetic flux data of the steel wire inside the cable body of the other derrick is stable, without steel wire corrosion or wire breakage.The bearing capacity test shows that under normal operating conditions, the measured maximum cable stress of the derrick is 333.85 MPa, less than 661.32 MPa, which meets the requirements of JTG/T J21—2011.The corrosion fatigue life analysis shows that there is slight corrosion damage on some derrick steel wires of the bridge, and the fatigue life tends to shorten, which affects the safe operation of the structure.Considering the safety and durability of the structure, it is suggested to replace the original derrick system with a double derrick system to enhance the structural safety in the case of the failure of a single derrick.
