波纹钢腹板框架边节点抗火性能研究

摘  要:文章利用ABAQUS建立了波纹钢腹板框架边节点模型,将模拟结果与试验结果对比验证模型合理性。分析了不同截面的温度场分布规律,研究了梁端荷载比、柱上荷载比、梁柱线刚度比对于节点耐火性能的影响,研究发现:节点区温度总体呈现外高内低,节点区温度小于非节点区温度。梁荷载比和柱荷载比的增加使得节点耐火极限显著降低。当柱端荷载比小于0.5时,节点的破坏形态均为梁破坏;当柱上荷载比大于等于0.5时,节点基本呈现柱破坏。梁柱线刚度比增大,节点梁端位移减小,柱端位移略微增大,耐火极限提高。最后对节点进行耐火加固措施的研究。结果表明,耐火涂料对于节点的耐火极限提升较大,当n=0.6,m=0.6,k=1时,组合柱和组合梁分别采用12 mm和10 mm厚度的防火涂料可达到设计要求。The edge joint model of corrugated steel web frame is established by ABAQUS,and the simulation results are compared with the test results to verify the rationality of the model.The distribution law of temperature field in different sections is analyzed.The effects of beam end load ratio,column load ratio and beam column linear stiffness ratio on the fire resistance of the joint are studied.It is found that the temperature in the joint area is generally high outside and low inside,and the temperature in the joint area is less than that in the non joint area.The increase of beam load ratio and column load ratio significantly reduces the fire resistance limit of the joint.When the column end load ratio is less than 0.5,the failure mode of the joint is beam failure;When the load ratio on the column is greater than or equal to 0.5,the joint basically presents column failure.The linear stiffness ratio of beam to column increases and the fire resistance limit increases.Finally,the fire-resistant reinforcement measures of the joint are studied.The results show that the fire resistance limit of the joint is greatly improved by the fire-resistant coating.When n=0.6,m=0.6 and k=1,the composite column and composite beam can meet the design requirements by using 12 mm and 10 mm thick fire-resistant coating respectively.
