摘  要:纤维网增强材料与自保温填充墙相结合形成复合结构,可以提高墙体的抗震性和耐久性。纤维网增强材料主要由水泥基材和纤维织网构成,水泥基材由硫铝酸盐水泥掺加硬石膏组成,纤维织网用碳纤维和耐碱玻璃纤维相互垂直混合编织。研制过程包括材料备制、增强基材制作、复合墙体结构制作等流程,纤维网增强基材可以制作成条状,便于携带和现场墙面铺设,也可以根据墙面的实际面积整块足尺现场制作。分析表明,这种复合墙体结构材料备制简单、造价低、施工工艺简便,是一种增强基材与墙体材料寿命同步的墙体结构,符合现行规范所倡导的节能保温出众、耐久性和抗震性良好的墙体材料的要求。A composite wall structure formed by self-insulation infilled wall and fiber mesh reinforced material can improve the seismic performance and durability of the wall.The fiber mesh reinforced composite is mainly composed of cement base material and fiber textile.The cement base material is composed of sulphate aluminum cement mixed with anhydrite,and the fiber textile is made of carbon fiber and alkali-resistant glass fiber mixed vertically with each other.The development process mainly includes material preparation,reinforced composite fabrication,and composite wall structure fabrication.The fiber mesh reinforced composite can be made into strips for easy carrying and on-site laying,or can be made in full scale according to the actual area of the wall.The analysis shows that the composite wall structure has the characteristic of simply material preparation,low cost and simply construction technology,and the two components of the wall have the same service life due to simultaneous construction,furthermore,it also meets the requirements of the wall material with good energy saving and heat preservation,good durability and earthquake resistance advocated by the current code.
