摘  要:本试验选用4种不同长度和4种不同掺量的聚丙烯纤维,根据抗折强度和抗压强度指标探讨聚丙烯纤维长度和掺量对水泥砂浆力学性能的影响,最终确定最佳的纤维长度和纤维掺量。试验结果表明:加入聚丙烯纤维对水泥砂浆试件的抗折强度有增强作用,7 d和28 d抗折强度在1.0%体积掺量下达到最高,分别较空白组最高提升了60%和42.3%;加入聚丙烯纤维对水泥砂浆试件的抗压强度的影响较大,7 d和28 d抗压强度在1.5%体积掺量下达到最高,分别较空白组最高提升了55.3%和29%;聚丙烯纤维对水泥砂浆力学性能的增强作用均呈现出随纤维掺量增加而降低的趋势。In this test,four kinds of polypropylene fibers with different lengths and different contents are selected.According to the flexural strength and compressive strength indexes,the influence of polypropylene fiber length and content on the mechanical properties of cement mortar is discussed,and the best fiber length and fiber content are finally determined.The test results show that the addition of polypropylene fiber can enhance the flexural strength of cement mortar specimens.The flexural strength at 7 d and 28 d reaches the highest at 1.0%volume content,which is 60%and 42.3%higher than that of the blank group respectively;Adding polypropylene fiber has a great influence on the compressive strength of cement mortar specimens.The compressive strength of 7 d and 28 d reaches the highest at 1.5%volume content,which is 55.3%and 29%higher than that of the blank group respectively;The strengthening effect of polypropylene fiber on the mechanical properties of cement mortar decreases with the increase of fiber content.
