摘 要:文章以无锡市48栋不同建筑高度的居住建筑屋面挤塑聚苯板厚度为研究对象,按单、多层住宅建筑,二类高层住宅建筑,一类高层住宅建筑分成三类,通过PKPM软件模拟计算不同类别居住建筑的屋面挤塑聚苯板在60 mm、65 mm、70 mm、80 mm、90 mm及100 mm厚度下的单位建筑面积全年能耗量及相对节能率,其中变量仅为挤塑聚苯板的厚度。计算结果表明,单位面积全年能耗量随着屋面挤塑聚苯板厚度的增加而减少,相对节能率随着屋面挤塑聚苯板厚度的增加而提高;随着屋面挤塑聚苯板厚度由60 mm增加到100 mm,单位面积全年能耗量减少量及相对节能率增长率在某一厚度下会出现最高值,当最高值出现后,单位面积全年能耗量减少量及相对节能率增长率反而会减小。此结论为居住建筑屋面挤塑聚苯板厚度的选择提供了借鉴,有利于屋面保温做法性价比的提高及成本的控制。By researching the thickness of extruded polystyrene board for the roof of 48 residential buildings with different heights in Wuxi,which are divided into three categories of single and multi-storey residential buildings,class II high-rise residential buildings and class I high-rise residential buildings,this paper simulates and calculates the annual energy consumption per unit building area and relative energy saving rate of different categories of residential buildings with the thickness of extruded polystyrene board--the only variable--of 60 mm,65 mm,70 mm,80 mm,90 mm and 100 mm by PKPM software.The results show that the annual energy consumption per unit area decreases with the increase in the thickness of extruded polystyrene board whereas the relative energy saving rate increases accordingly.As the thickness of extruded polystyrene board increases from 60 mm to 100 mm,the reduction in annual energy consumption per unit area and the growth rate of relative energy saving rate will reach the maximum at a certain thickness.After the maximum value,the reduction in annual energy consumption per unit area and the growth rate of relative energy saving rate will fall.This conclusion provides a reference for the selection of the thickness of extruded polystyrene board for the roof of residential buildings,thus contributing to the improvement of performance-to-price ratio and the control of the cost of roof insulation.
