摘 要:随着嗓音疾病发病率的增长,对嗓音疾病的评估、诊断和治疗等方面的研究也越来越得到重视.在临床医学领域,结合语音和声学研究方法,对嗓音进行声学分析,具有非侵入性和客观性等优点.结合计算机技术和语音分析软件的运用,嗓音声学分析方面的研究不断深入.文章结合20世纪80年代开始到目前的国内相关文献,对临床医学领域运用嗓音声学分析的研究进行综述,从而得出相关研究的前沿热点问题,能够为病理嗓音声学分析的进一步发展提供参考依据.With the increasing incidence rate of voice diseases,more and more attention has been paid to the research of voice disease assessment,diagnosis and treatment.In the field of clinical medicine,acoustic analysis of voice has the advantages of non-invasive and objectivity.Combined with the application of computer technology and speech analysis software,the research on voice acoustic analysis has been developing continuously.Based on the relevant domestic literature from the 1980s to the present,this paper will systematically summarize the research on the application of voice acoustic analysis in the field of clinical medicine,so as to draw the frontier and hot issues of relevant research,which can provide reference for the further development of pathological voice acoustic analysis.
