摘　　要：目的 探讨PDCA循环法在提高产前检查复诊预约率中的效果,以期缩短孕妇候诊时间,增加其产检积极性。方法 通过HIS系统调取某三级甲等医院2019年6—11月产前检查复诊预约率数据。该院于2020年9月开始实施PDCA循环,分析现状,发现问题,成立包括医生、护士、行政人员共9人组成的CQI小组,运用头脑风暴法分析问题原因,然后制订具体措施并实施,包括对产科医务人员进行培训、运用电子屏幕以及手册宣传预约诊疗优势,一个周期后统计2021年2—7月产前检查复诊预约率数据,评价实施措施后的效果。结果 PDCA循环法实施后的产前检查复诊预约率为96.18%,高于实施前的78.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PDCA循环法有助于提高产前检查复诊预约率,从而达到国家考核标准,缩短孕妇候诊时间,可将此方法运用于其他科室预约率的提高或解决其他管理问题。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation method on improving the appointment rate of antenatal examination follow-up,so as to shorten the waiting time of pregnant women and increase their enthusiasm for antenatal examination.Methods The appointment rate data of antenatal examination follow-up of Grade A Class-three Hospital from June to November 2019 were retrieved through HIS system,and the PDCA circulation method was applied from September 2020 in this hospital.To analyze the current situation and discover the problems and a CQI team consisting of 9 people with doctors,nurses and administrative personnel was established.They used brainstorming to analyze the causes of the problems,and then formulated and implemented specific measures,including training obstetric medical personnel,using electronic screens and manuals to publicize the advantages of appointment diagnosis and treatment.After one cycle,the appointment rate data of antenatal examination follow-up from February to July 2021 was counted,and the effect after the implementation of the measures was evaluated.Results The appointment rate of antenatal examination follow-up after PDCA circulation method was 96.18%,which was higher than 78.59% before PDCA circulation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation method was helpful to improve the appointment rate of antenatal examination follow-up,so as to meet the national assessment standard and shorten the waiting time of pregnant women.This method could be applied to improve the appointment rate of other departments or solve other management problems.
