摘 要:在医学迅猛发展、学科分工细化的今天,转化医学有效地缩短了基础研究与临床实践应用之间的距离。转化医学已深刻影响着新时代医学发展,医学研究生教育也是很重要的方面。目前我国转化医学教育在介入研究生培养中尚处于探索阶段。在我国转化医学现状的基础上,应以研究生教育管理理念的更新为切入点改变培养思路,以专业学科特点为抓手提升介入医学研究生的转化医学思维,以学科交叉为亮点培养介入医学研究生的转化医学思维,以构建体系完善的转化医学平台为基础形成激励机制,以民族医疗企业为基点加快专利申请和转化创新的步伐。必须将转化医学人才的培养作为一项长期的、持续性的工作不断开展。唯有培养具有转化医学思维的介入科研人才,才能够从根本上推动介入学科转化医学的发展,形成真正的产学研一体化的介入转化医学模式。但是也应该清醒地认识到,转化医学离它真正走向成熟还有很长的路要走,还需政府、学校、医院和企业等各个部门共同探索,谋求发展。With the rapid development of the medicine and the refinement of discipline divisions,translational medicine has effectively shortened the distance between basic research and clinical practice.Translational medicine has profoundly affected the development of medicine in the new era, and medical postgraduate education is also its important field. At present, translational medicine education in China is still in the exploratory stage in the training of postgraduate students. On the basis of a full understanding of the current status of translational medicine in China, the teaching research staff should change the training ideas with the update of the management concept of postgraduate education as an entry point. Taking the characteristics of professional disciplines as the starting point, the teaching research staff should improve the translational medical thinking of postgraduate interventional medicine, cultivate the translational medical thinking of interventional medicine graduate students with the interdisciplinary focus as the highlight, form an incentive mechanism based on the construction of a well-established translational medicine platform, and accelerate the pace of patent application and transformational innovation based on national medical enterprises.The teaching research staff must continue to carry out the cultivation of translational medical talents as a longterm and continuous work. Only by cultivating interventional scientific research talents with translational thinking, can the development of interventional translational medicine be fundamentally promoted and a true mode of interventional translational medicine, which integrates production, education and research together,be formed. However, it should also be soberly aware that there is still a long way to go before the translational medicine becomes truly mature, and all departments, including the government, schools, hospitals,enterprises, etc., need to jointly explore and seek its development.
