摘　　要：近年来,随着引导技术的进步及介入治疗方式的改变,奇神经节介入治疗已广泛应用于奇神经节支配区域的一些慢性难治性疼痛。本文就目前奇神经节介入治疗的图像引导方式、介入治疗方式、介入治疗风险及并发症作一简要综述。In recent years, with the development of imaging-guided technique and therapeutic pattern in interventional treatment field, ganglion impar(known as Walther ganglion) intervention therapy has been widely employed for some chronic refractory pains located at the areas dominated by ganglion impar. This paper aims to make a comprehensive review about the ganglion impar intervention therapy, focusing on its imaging-guided technique, interventional therapeutic patterns, risks of interventional therapy, and its complications.
