Two new steroidal alkaloids from ripe berries of Solanum nigrum

摘　　要：对茄科茄属植物龙葵Solanum nigrum成熟果实中的生物碱类成分进行研究,采用硅胶、ODS和HPLC等色谱技术从龙葵成熟果80%乙醇提取物中共分离得到4个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定了化合物的结构,分别为12β,27-dihydroxy solasodine-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)、27-hydroxy solasodine-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(2)、solalyraine A(3)和12β,27-dihydroxy solasodine(4)。其中化合物1和2为新化合物,化合物3为首次从该植物中分离得到。对所分离新化合物进行了抗肿瘤活性研究,结果显示化合物1和2对A549细胞系有较弱的细胞毒性。Two previously undescribed steroidal alkaloids,compounds 1-2,along with two known ones(3-4),were isolated from the 80%ethanol extract of ripe berries of Solanum nigrum by chromatographic methods,including silica gel,ODS,and HPLC.Based on spectroscopic and chemical evidence,including IR,NMR,and HR-ESI-MS data,the structures of the isolated compounds were identified as 12β,27-dihydroxy solasodine-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),27-hydroxy solasodine-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),solalyraine A(3),and 12β,27-dihydroxy solasodine(4).Compounds 1-2 were tested for their potential effects against the proliferation of A549 cells,which revealed that compounds 1-2 had weak cytotoxic activity.
