血清TSP-1水平与慢性心力衰竭患者沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗预后的相关性

摘　　要：目的 探讨血清血小板反应蛋白-1(TSP-1)水平与慢性心力衰竭患者沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗预后的相关性。方法 前瞻性选取2019年1月—2020年3月郑州新华医院收治的110例慢性心力衰竭患者,所有患者均采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,治疗后6个月内,评估患者预后情况。比较不同预后患者基线资料及血清TSP-1水平,分析血清TSP-1水平与慢性心力衰竭患者沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗预后的相关性。结果 治疗后6个月内,110例患者中预后不良25例,占22.73%,预后良好85例,占77.27%;预后不良组血清TSP-1水平高于预后良好组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间其他资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经logistic回归分析结果显示,血清TSP-1高表达是慢性心力衰竭患者沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗预后不良的影响因子(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论 血清TSP-1高表达提示慢性心力衰竭患者沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗预后不良发生风险较大。Objective To investigate the correlation between the level of serum thrombospondin-1(TSP-1) and the prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure treated by Sacubitril Valsartan.Methods Totally 110 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were prospectively selected, all patients were treated with Sacubitril Valsartan, within 6 months after treatment, the prognosis of the patients was evaluated.Baseline data and serum TSP-1 levels of patients with different prognosis were compared, the correlation between serum TSP-1 level and the prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure treated by Sacubitril Valsartan was analyzed.Results Within 6 months after treatment, among 110 cases of patients, 25 cases had poor prognosis, accounting for 22.73% and 85 cases had good prognosis, accounting for 77.27%;The level of serum TSP-1 in poor prognosis group was higher than that in good prognosis group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistical significant difference in other data between the two groups(P>0.05);The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the high expression of serum TSP-1 was a risk factor for the poor prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure treated by Sacubitril Valsartan(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of serum TSP-1 suggests that the risk of poor prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure treated by Sacubitril Valsartan is high.
