强心止痛汤治疗冠心病心绞痛并心力衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨强心止痛汤对冠心病心绞痛并心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年2月至2022年2月郑州市第一人民医院收治的80例冠心病心绞痛并心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,研究组(40例)接受常规治疗及强心止痛汤,对照组(40例)接受常规治疗。对比两组心功能指标、中医证候评分、临床疗效、不良反应。结果 治疗前两组左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组LVEDD低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组胸闷、胸痛、咳嗽、心悸、心绞痛评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 强心止痛汤可改善冠心病心绞痛并心力衰竭患者心功能,改善临床症状,临床效果显著且用药安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qiangxin Zhitong decoction in patients with coronary heart disease,angina pectoris and heart failure.Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease,angina pectoris and heart failure treated in Zhengzhou First People’s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table.The study group(40 cases) was treated with routine treatment and Qiangxin Zhitong decoction,and the control group(40 cases) was treated with routine treatment.The cardiac function indexes,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistical difference in left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the LVEDD in study group were lower than those in control group,and LVEF was higher than that in control group(P0.05).After treatment,the scores in study group were lower than those in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Qiangxin Zhitong decoction is helpful to improve cardiac function and clinical symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease,angina pectoris and heart failure.It has significant clinical effect and high safety.
