摘　　要：目的 探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺精准压迫治疗股动静脉瘘的效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年3月郑州大学第二附属医院收治的15例经股动、静脉入路介入性手术后并发股动静脉瘘患者,在超声引导下采用同轴针经皮穿刺精准压迫治疗,于术后第2、3、14天复查治疗情况,分析其在治疗中的应用价值。结果 15例患者中,12例治疗取得成功,成功率为80%;3例治疗失败,失败者采用其他手术方式治疗成功。结论 超声引导下经皮穿刺压迫治疗股动静脉瘘具有安全、有效、创伤小、可重复治疗等优势,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous compression in the treatment of femoral arteriovenous fistula.Methods A total of 15 patients with femoral arteriovenous fistula following trans-femoral catheterization who were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected and treated with precise compression by percutaneous puncture under the guidance of ultrasound.Recheck the treatment on the 2 nd,3 rd and 14 th day after operation.Results Among 15 patients,12 patients were treated successfully,with a success rate of 80%,and 3 cases failed in treatment,and the losers were successfully treated with other surgical methods.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture compression in the treatment of femoral arteriovenous fistula has the advantages of safety,effectiveness,less trauma and repeatable treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
