摘 要:目的 分析基于信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)模式下的健康教育对子宫内膜异位症痛经患者的影响。方法 以2018年4月至2020年10月于焦作市人民医院接受手术治疗的108例子宫内膜异位症痛经患者为研究对象,采用抽签法分为观察组(n=56)、对照组(n=52)。对照组接受常规健康教育,观察组在常规健康教育基础上联合IKAP模式下的健康教育。比较两组遵医行为、负性情绪、痛经程度、知识掌握程度、自我效能感、生活质量。结果 观察组遵医率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分较前降低,观察组SAS、SDS、VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组知识掌握、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)评分较前升高(P<0.05),观察组知识掌握、GSES、GQOLI-74评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 IKAP模式下的健康教育应用于子宫内膜异位症痛经患者,可增强其遵医行为,缓解其负性情绪,促进其掌握疾病相关知识,提高其自我效能感,改善其生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of health education based on the information-knowledge-attitude-practice(IKAP) model on dysmenorrhea patients with endometriosis.Methods A total of 108 patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea who received surgical treatment in Jiaozuo People’s Hospital from April 2018 to October 2020 were divided into observation group(n=56) and control group(n=52) by drawing lots.The control group received conventional health education,while the observation group received health education based on IKAP mode on the basis of conventional health education.The medical compliance behavior,negative emotion,dysmenorrhea degree,knowledge mastery degree,self-efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS) and visual analogue scale(VAS) in the two groups were lower than before,and the scores of SAS,SDS and VAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of knowledge mastery,general self-efficacy scale(GSES),and generic quality of life inventory 74(GQOLI-74) in the two groups were higher than before(P<0.05),and the scores of knowledge mastery,GSES,and GQOLI-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education under the IKAP mode to dysmenorrhea patients with endometriosis can enhance their compliance behavior,relieve their negative emotions,promote their mastery of disease-related knowledge,improve their self-efficacy,and improve their quality of life.
