摘 要:目的 探讨基于共情理念的健康教育模式对老年耐多药结核病患者的影响。方法 选取滑县中心医院2019年6月至2020年6月收治的32例老年耐多药结核病患者为对照组,实施常规护理与健康教育模式干预,选取滑县中心医院2020年7月至2021年7月收治的32例老年耐多药结核病患者为观察组,在对照组基础上实施基于共情理念的健康教育模式干预。比较两组患者干预前后服药依从性、不良心理情绪变化情况、生活质量及住院护理满意度。结果 观察组患者服药总依从率(96.88%)高于对照组(78.13%)(P<0.05);干预后两组简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)分值均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院护理总满意率(96.88%)高于对照组(75.00%)(P<0.05)。结论 基于共情理念的健康教育模式可有效提升老年耐多药结核病患者的服药依从性与生活质量,改善焦虑、抑郁等负面心理情绪。Objective To explore the effect of empathy concept-based health education model on medication compliance,anxiety and depression in elderly patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB).Methods Thirty-two elderly patients with MDR-TB admitted to Hua County Central Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the control group and treated with routine nursing and health education model intervention.Thirty-two elderly patients with MDR-TB admitted to Hua County Central Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the observation group and treated with health education model intervention based on the empathy concept on the basis of the control group.Medication compliance,adverse psychological and emotional changes,quality of life and inpatient nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The total compliance rate in observation group(96.88%) was higher than that(78.13%) in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the 36-item short form survey(SF-36) scores increased in both groups,and the score in observation group were higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) scores and self-rating depression scale(SDS) scores decreased after intervention in both groups,and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of inpatient care in observation group(96.88%) was higher than that(75.00%) in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education model based on the concept of empathy can effectively improve the medication compliance and quality of life of elderly patients with MDR-TB,improve anxiety,depression and other negative psychological emotions.
