摘 要:目的探讨金秋胶囊对小鼠抗疲劳的作用,为其开发利用提供实验依据。方法将192只雄性昆明小鼠按体重随机分为4批,分别用于负重游泳实验、血清尿素测定、肝糖原测定和血乳酸测定实验,每批48只。每批小鼠随机分为4组,包括金秋胶囊受试物低、中、高3个剂量组和溶剂对照组,每组12只。低、中、高剂量组小鼠分别以0.23、0.45和1.35 g/kg的剂量灌胃给予受试物,溶剂对照组给予蒸馏水;每天1次,连续30天。末次给予受试物30 min后检测各组小鼠的负重游泳时长,测定肝糖原含量、血清尿素和血乳酸浓度。每周记录小鼠的体重,根据体重调整灌胃剂量。结果中、高剂量组金秋胶囊小鼠负重游泳时间分别为(13.1±2.3)、(14.2±4.7)min,较溶剂对照组时间延长;血清尿素分别为(13.63±2.05)、(13.13±2.01)mmol/L,较溶剂对照组降低;血乳酸曲线下面积分别为(104.9±20.6)、(94.9±22.8),较溶剂对照组降低;差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。高剂量组小鼠肝糖原含量为(4559±872)mg/g,较溶剂对照组含量增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金秋胶囊能提高小鼠运动耐力,具有缓解体力疲劳的作用。Objective To explore the anti-fatigue effect of Jinqiu capsule in mice,and provide experimental basis for its development and utilization.Methods A total of 192 male kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups according to body weight,which were used for weight-bearing swimming experiment,serum urea test,hepatic glycogen test,and blood lactic acid measurement with 48 animals in each batch.Each batch of mice were randomly divided into 4 groups,including Jinqiu capsule test substance low,medium and high dose groups and solvent control group,with 12 mice in each group.Mice in low,medium and high dose groups were given the test substance by gavage at the doses of 0.23,0.45 and 1.35 g/kg respectively,and the solvent control group was given distilled water.Once a day for 30 consecutive days.Thirty minutes after the last administration of the test substance,the weight-bearing swimming duration of mice,the liver glycogen content,serum urea and blood lactic acid concentration in each group were measured.The weight of mice was recorded every week,and the intragastric dose was adjusted according to the weight.Results Compared with the solvent control group,Jinqiu capsules in the middle and high dose groups increased significantly the weight-bearing swimming duration of mice(13.1±2.3 vs 14.2±4.7 min),reduced the production of serum urea(13.63±2.05 vs 13.13±2.01 mmol/L),and reduced the area under the curve of blood lactic acid(104.9±20.6 vs 94.9±22.8),and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).High-dose Jinqiu capsules increased the content of hepatic glycogen(4559±872 mg/g),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinqiu capsule can improve the exercise tolerance,and have anti-fatigue effect in mice.
