论伟大建军精神的基本内涵及时代价值

摘　　要：阐明中国人民解放军伟大建军精神的基本内涵,对于新时代革命军人赓续人民军队的精神血脉、丰富中国共产党人精神谱系、实现党在新时代的强军目标,具有十分重大的理论与现实意义。在庆祝中国人民解放军建军90周年大会上,习近平发表的重要讲话是阐明伟大建军精神基本内涵的科学指南。根据讲话中的六个“历史告诉我们”,伟大建军精神基本内涵主要体现在六个方面:坚定信念、听党指挥,敢为人先、能打胜仗,一心为民、作风优良。这六个方面,契合马克思主义军事理论、毛泽东军事思想的基本观点,与习近平强军思想的主要内容高度一致,得到人民军队创建和发展实践的历史确证,具有十分重要的时代价值。Elucidating the basic connotation of the great army building spirit of the Chinese people’s Liberation Army is of great theoretical and practical significance for the revolutionary soldiers in the new era to continue the spiritual blood of the people’s army,enrich the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists,and realize the party’s goal of strengthening the army in the new era.President Xi Jinping’s speech at the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army is a scientific guide to clarify the basic connotation of the great spirit of building the army.According to the six “history tells us” in the speech,the basic connotation of the great army-building spirit is mainly reflected in six aspects:firm belief,following the CPC,dare to be the first,be able to win battles,be dedicated to the people,and maintaining excellent conduct.It conforms to the basic viewpoints of Marxist military theory and Mao Zedong’s military thought,and is highly consistent with the main content of Xi Jinping’s thought on strengthening the military.
