摘　　要：检测和分析交叉配型中继发性侧向错配患儿的血清学样本。采用ABO、RhD血型鉴定、Coombs试验、交叉配型,新生儿血浆和多发性凝集红细胞特异性试验。结果发现儿童红细胞与新生儿血浆不凝集,但AB型血浆和成人花生凝集素发生凝集。提示儿童红细胞T抗原活化导致交叉配型亚侧错配。To detect and analyze the serological samples of a child with secondary lateral mismatch in cross matching.ABO and RhD blood group identification,Coombs test,cross matching test were used.The specificity tests of neonatal plasma and multiple agglutinated erythrocytes were performed.Erythrocytes of children and plasma of neonates did not agglutinate,but plasma of AB type and peanut agglutinin of adults.T-antigen activation of erythrocytes in children leads to sublateral mismatch of cross matching.
