摘  要:目的建设互联网医院平台并进行实施,以期在新冠肺炎背景下提高临床服务效率。方法首先建设互联网医院平台,其功能架构分为患者服务、患者诊疗、患者管理三大业务板块,系统架构涵盖平台架构层、数据库服务层、应用服务层、功能服务层、网络架构服务层,系统架构的核心在于数据整合与数据安全。然后将互联网医院应用于四川省人民医院,并验证其使用效果。结果新冠肺炎在线接诊量10429人次,有效缓解线下就诊压力,并为上百名患者提供了全流程服务,患者足不出户就能收取药品。结论互联网医院可显著提高现有医疗资源的利用效能及救治能力,降低患者就医的时间成本。Objective To build and implement the internet hospital platform,and to improve the efficiency of clinical services under the background of COVID-19.Methods First,we built internet hospital platform.The functional architecture of Internet Hospital could be divided into 3 major business segments:patient service,patient diagnosis and treatment,patient management.The system architecture covered platform architecture layer,database service layer,application service layer,functional service layer,network architecture service layer.The core of the system architecture lied in data integration and data security.And then the internet hospital was applied to Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital to verify its use effect.Results The number of online consultations for COVID-19 was 10429,which effectively relieved the pressure of offline consultations,and provided full-process services for hundreds of patients.Patients could receive medicines without leaving their homes.Conclusions Internet hospital can significantly improve the utilization efficiency and treatment ability of existing medical resources,and reduce the time cost of patients seeking medical treatment.
