摘  要:目的对新型远程雷达监测设备在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)中的应用效果进行分析。方法共纳入26名受试者,每名受试者用多导睡眠监测仪(polysomnography,PSG)和新型远程雷达监测设备同时进行睡眠监测,评价监测设备的基本参数、可靠性和有效性、稳定性以及敏感性与特异性。结果新型远程雷达监测设备在精度、大小、体积方面表现突出,同时低功耗设计有效保障系统能够连续工作不小于12 h;标定结果理想,可以进行生理信号的监测;完成了全部测试环节,整个过程中没有软硬件故障;灵敏度为95%,特异度为83.4%,Youden指数为0.784(P<0.01)。结论新型远程雷达监测设备在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征中具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of new remote radar monitoring equipment in the clinical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods A total of 26 subjects were enrolled in this study.They were monitored by polysomnography(PSG)and new remote radar monitoring equipment simultaneously.The main evaluation indexes included the basic parameters,the reliability and effectiveness,stability,sensitivity and specificity of the monitoring.Results The new remote radar monitoring equipment was outstanding in precision,size and volume,and the low-power design effectively ensures that the system could work continuously for no less than 12 hours.The new new remote radar monitoring equipment was ideal,and it could monitor physiological signals.The new remote radar monitoring instrument completed all the tests,and there were no hardware and software failures during the whole process.The sensitivity and specificity were 95%and 83.4%,respectively.Youden index was 0.784(P<0.01).Conclusions The new remote radar monitoring equipment has high clinical value in obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.
