摘　　要：在数字化转型的大环境下,如何将大数据结合到电网企业的运营推广中成为了一大难题。针对普通运营推广中存在的问题,文章通过对于用户人群规则的制定以及种子用户库的建立,通过一次次的实践总结,摸索出一种依托于大数据的新型推广运营模式。In the context of digital transformation,how to combine big data into the operation and promotion of power grid enterprises has become a big problem.Aiming at the problems existing in ordinary operation and promotion,this paper explores a new promotion and operation mode relying on big data through the formulation of rules for user groups and the establishment of seed user database,and through practice and summary again and again.
