摘　　要：社区卫生服务中心是居民健康的守护者,在“后疫情时代”如何更好地开展卫生服务,是其要面临的新问题。本文通过分析新冠肺炎疫情后,社区卫生服务中心的功能空间变化及使用者的需求,从弹性、安全高效、健康舒适三方面出发,初步构建了“后疫情时代”社区卫生服务中心使用后评价指标体系,并提出相应策略,以期为同类设施的建设提供参考。As guardians of residents’health,community health service centers need to better carry out health services in the post-epidemic era.By analyzing the changes in the functional space of community health service centers and the needs of users after the COVID-19 outbreak,this paper preliminarily constructs a post occupancy evaluation index system for community health service centers in the post-epidemic era from the three aspects:flexibility,safety and efficiency,health and comfort.The paper proposes strategies to provide references for the construction of similar facilities.
