摘　　要：目的了解2015年安徽省成人吸烟现状及影响因素,为有效实施控烟干预工作提供科学依据。方法选取2015年中国成人慢性病与营养监测项目调查中安徽省数据,该项目于2015年10月至2016年1月采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,最终纳入7446人进行调查。采用SAS 9.4统计软件计算加权吸烟率及其95%CI,加权率比较采用Rao-Scottχ^(2)检验,应用复杂抽样的多因素logistic模型分析现在吸烟情况的影响因素。结果2015年安徽省18岁及以上成人现在吸烟率为27.5%(95%CI:25.8%~29.1%),其中男性现在吸烟率为53.4%(95%CI:50.1%~56.7%),女性现在吸烟率为1.7%(95%CI:0.8%~2.5%),男性吸烟率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,乡村(OR=0.769,95%CI:0.655~0.903)、女性(OR=0.013,95%CI:0.005~0.029)、60~69岁年龄组(OR=0.446,95%CI:0.218~0.912)、≥70岁年龄组(OR=0.443,95%CI:0.233~0.840)、大专及以上学历(OR=0.309,95%CI:0.186~0.512)、离退休人员(OR=0.633,95%CI:0.414~0.970)与现在吸烟低风险相关;已婚或同居(OR=1.697,95%CI:1.099~2.620)、离婚或丧偶或分居(OR=2.495,95%CI:1.281~4.858)与现在吸烟高风险相关。结论安徽省成人现在吸烟率仍处于较高水平,应加强针对男性、已婚或同居、丧偶或离婚或分居人群的控烟干预。Objective To understand the current smoking behavior and influencing factors among adults in Anhui Province in 2015,and provide the scientific basis for effective implementation of tobacco control intervention.Methods The data of Anhui Province were from the″China Adult Chronic Disease and Nutrition Monitoring Project″in 2015.The project was conducted from October 2015 to January 2016.The multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to select 7446 residents as the subjects.SAS 9.4 statistical software was used to calculate the weighted smoking rate and its 95%CI.Rao-scottχ^(2) test was used to compare the weighted rates.Multivariate logistic model with complex sampling was used to analyze the influencing factors of current smoking behaviors.Results The current smoking rate of adults(≥18 years old)in Anhui Province was 27.5%(95%CI:25.8%-29.1%)in 2015,the current smoking rate was 53.4%(95%CI:50.1%-56.7%)in males and 1.7%(95%CI:0.8%-2.5%)in females.The current smoking rate of males was significantly higher than that of females(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that rural areas(OR=0.769,95%CI:0.655-0.903),female(OR=0.013,95%CI:0.005-0.029),age(60-69 years old:OR=0.446,95%CI:0.218-0.912;≥70 years old:OR=0.443,95%CI:0.233-0.840),junior college and above(OR=0.309,95%CI:0.186-0.512),and retirees(OR=0.633,95%CI:0.414-0.970)were associated with lower risk of current smoking.Being married or cohabiting(OR=1.697,95%CI:1.099-2.620),divorced,widowed or separated(OR=2.495,95%CI:1.281-4.858)were associated with a higher risk of current smoking.Conclusion The current smoking rate among adults in Anhui Province is still at a high level.Therefore,the intervention of tobacco control should be strengthened for males,married or cohabiting,widowed,divorced or separated residents.
