摘 要:为改善硫酸或盐酸等强酸酸浸含镁矿物过程中副产物易导致环境污染等问题,采用柠檬酸酸浸轻烧镁粉制备柠檬酸镁溶液,以此为镁源制备超细氢氧化镁,研究柠檬酸浓度、固液比、酸浸温度以及酸浸时间对氧化镁浸出率的影响,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、马尔文激光粒度仪等分析碱性溶液种类、反应时间、反应温度、添加剂种类及分散剂种类对氢氧化镁粒径的影响,并分析氢氧化镁生长过程。结果表明:常压下柠檬酸浓度为7%、固液比为1∶40、酸浸温度为70℃、酸浸时间为60min时,浸出率最高,为80.60%;以柠檬酸镁溶液为镁源、氢氧化钠为沉淀剂、氯化镁为添加剂、聚乙二醇和十二烷基苯磺酸钠为复合分散剂,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为60min时,制得非晶态氢氧化镁的粒径最小,为845nm;氢氧化镁由Mg(OH)^(4-)_(6)八面体生长基元通过共棱的方式连接而成,较多的OH^(-)利于Mg(OH)^(4-)_(6)的形成。In order to reduce environmental pollution caused by by-products in the process of leaching magnesium containing minerals with strong acids such as sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid,magnesium citrate solution was obtained by using citric acid to soak lightly burnt magnesium powder.Then using the obtained solution as the magnesium source,ultrafine magnesium hydroxide was prepared.The effects of citric acid concentration,solid-liquid ratio,acid leaching temperature and acid leaching time on the leaching rate of magnesium oxide were studied.The influences of alkaline solution type,reaction time,reaction temperature,additive type and dispersant type on the particle size of magnesium hydroxide were analyzed by XRD,SEM and Malvern laser particle size analyzer.The growth process of magnesium hydroxide was also analyzed.Results show that under normal pressure,when thecitric acid concentration is 7%,solid-liquid ratio is 1∶40,acid leaching temperature is 70℃,and acid leaching time is 60 minutes,the leaching rate of magnesium oxide reaches the highest,80.60%.When the leached magnesium citrate solution is the magnesium source,sodium hydroxide is the precipitant,magnesium chloride is an additive,polyethylene glycol and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate are composite dispersants,the reaction temperature is 70℃and the reaction time is 60 minutes,the obtained amorphous magnesium hydroxide has the smallest particle size of 845 nm.Magnesium hydroxide is composed of Mg(OH)^(4-)_(6)octahedral growth units connected by common edges,and more OH^(-)is conducive to the formation of Mg(OH)^(4-)_(6).
