摘 要:针对目前高熵合金制备工艺复杂的问题,探索一种适合大批量生产高熵合金的制备工艺,采用雾化干燥结合氢还原制备CoCuFeNi高熵合金粉末,并通过模压、烧结方法制备CoCuFeNi高熵合金。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜测试CoCuFeNi高熵合金粉末的物相组成和微观结构,利用密度计和硬度计测试CoCuFeNi高熵合金的密度和维氏硬度。结果表明:通过雾化干燥结合氢还原工艺制备的CoCuFeNi高熵合金粉末呈面心立方固溶体结构,粉末呈球状,粒径在20μm左右,由粒径0.5μm的小颗粒团聚形成,元素分布均匀,无偏析现象;通过模压、烧结,在1300℃下保温2h制备的CoCuFeNi高熵合金,致密度达到96%,维氏硬度为147.7HV;随着烧结温度升高,其硬度增大,但烧结温度过高,试样表面出现熔化现象,致密度无法继续提高。In view of the complex preparation process of high entropy alloy at present,a preparation process suitable for mass production of high entropy alloy was explored.CoCuFeNi high entropy alloy powder was prepared by spray drying combined with hydro-gen reduction process,and CoCuFeNi high entropy alloy was prepared by compact and sin-tering method.The phase composition and microstructure of CoCuFeNi high entropy alloy powder were measured by X-ray diffrotometry and scanning electron microscopy.The densi-ty and Vickers hardness of CoCuFeNi high entropy alloy powder were measured by densim-eter and hardness tester.The results show that the powder of CoCuFeNi high entropy alloy prepared by spray drying combined with hydrogen reduction process has a face-centered cu-bic solid solution structure.The powder is spherical with a particle size of about 20μm,and is formed by the agglomeration of small particles with a particle size of 0.5μm.The element distribution is uniform without segregation.The CoCuFeNi high entropy alloy prepared by compact and sintering at 300℃for 2h has a density of 96%and a Vickers hardness of 147.7HV.As the sintering temperature increases,the hardness increases and melting occurs on the sample surface,but the density can not continue to increase.
